Royal Mail Tracked24 Delivery (Free when spending over £14.99). Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within 3 working days. Deliveries are collected from us the next working day of your order. In the unlikely event you haven't received your parcel within 10 working days (this is when Royal Mail deem a parcel missing) then please contact us so we can look into what's gone wrong for you. You will receive a message with your tracking number so you can see the status of your parcel at any time. We provide your email address & mobile number to royal mail who will then send regular updates.
